Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Case Management team in providing high-quality services to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification in social services, community development, or a related discipline and/or extensive experience working in a similar role.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional results and make a positive impact in the community.

About the Role
  • Lead the Case Management team to provide support and guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement plans to improve capability and service delivery
  • Ensure staff members understand their roles and expectations
  • Undertake assessments with clients to develop a shared understanding of their situation and related problems and strengths

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
