Delicatessen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delicatessen Manager to join our team at Bernardi Group. As a key member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize sales and drive customer engagement
- Manage inventory levels, including stocktaking and ordering, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Proven experience in a retail or supermarket management role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a certificate in retail management or a related field
