Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Packaging Development Manager to join our Marketing team in North Sydney. As a key member of our Family Care & Professional Division, you'll play a crucial role in managing packaging development for innovation & renovation projects, supporting our sustainability strategy, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the packaging component of marketing innovation & renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting agreed timelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and review technical specifications, including sustainability data, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners to drive collaborative solutions and meet project objectives.
  • Implement sustainable packaging practices, reducing waste and environmental impact while maintaining commercial viability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to inform packaging design and innovation strategies.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in packaging development, ideally within an FMCG and manufacturing environment, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
  • You have a deep understanding of sustainable packaging technologies, print technology, and artwork approval processes.
  • You're well-versed in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software tools.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, plus benefits including superannuation, career development opportunities, free health & well-being activities, and volunteering leave.
