Child Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Wellbeing Specialist to promote the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.

About the Role

You will work in partnership with families, carers, and other professionals to identify needs and provide support to ensure the protection and promotion of children and young people's welfare.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with foster families to build their capacity to care for children
  • Contribute to case planning and review meetings
  • Provide coaching and support to help them meet the needs of children

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of children's services and the principles of safeguarding. You will also have demonstrated experience and commitment to a high standard of practice, with a passion for ensuring quality and integrity in all that you do.
