Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator to join our team at TeamKids.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position up to 25 hours per week, with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Service in delivering high-quality programs for children aged 5-12 years old;
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and fun;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for children and families;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services to meet the needs of our community;
- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field;
- Previous experience working in OSHC or education;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work;
