Customer Service Representative

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to customers during the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and verifying customer information
  • Performing risk assessments and due diligence activities
  • Engaging with customers through effective communication
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed compliance activities

Key skills and qualifications for this position include:

  • Compliance or audit training
  • Customer service experience
  • Relevant work experience in AML/KYC/compliance related fields within banking and financial services

Additionally, we are looking for individuals with a sound understanding of compliance and AML/KYC regulations, as well as experience in interpreting regulatory guidelines and assessing risk scores and entity types.
