Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Global Family and Private Investment Offices group. The successful candidate will demonstrate our technology and systems to current and prospective clients, including single family offices, private investment companies, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary contact for assigned client relationships, providing high-touch service through proactive engagement.
  2. Lead training sessions with partners and clients at our office and on client sites.
  3. Participate in management meetings, presentations, and sales demonstrations as needed.
  4. Manage the release of new products and system updates, providing feedback to product teams.
  5. Identify technology or reporting gaps for clients, initiate projects, and monitor implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients, change management, and development teams.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing for custom reports and applications.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the securities industry, gained in custody, fund accounting, wealth, or investment management environments.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proactive work ethic, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • Organizational, analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in problem solving within systems environments.
