About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and advice to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure needs are met and exceeded.

You will work closely with our service desk, field technicians, and engineering teams to provide seamless delivery of our solutions. Your strong technical knowledge and business acumen will enable you to translate client needs into clear proposals and ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a mid-senior level position, reporting directly to our management team. You will have the opportunity to grow your career within our company and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships across small to mid-size client bases, ensuring excellent communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and pre-sales consulting to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes, including project planning, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an MSP or IT service provider.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, security, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
