Role Overview:
As a Concrete Mixer Operator for Hanson, your responsibilities extend beyond merely transporting materials. You will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer service while driving a concrete agitator truck. This position involves making multiple deliveries throughout the day and engaging with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that each interaction is positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Competitive compensation structure with penalties for extended hours (rate increases after 12 months).
- Typical shifts commence between 4 AM and 6 AM, with the potential for 50-55 hours of work weekly, including overtime on Saturdays.
- Base pay with overtime compensation: time and a half for the first two hours beyond regular hours, and double time for any additional hours.
- As a driver, you will embody the role of a Customer Service Agent on wheels, interacting with various personalities daily.
- Utilize advanced technology to ensure safe driving, efficient route mapping, and accurate load tracking.
- Participate in a comprehensive 10-day training program to prepare for independent driving.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a minimum HR license is essential, with prior driving experience preferred.
- Enjoyment in meeting and conversing with clients on-site.
- Preference for a dynamic work environment, as no two days will be the same.
- Commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, representing the company positively.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
