- Proven experience in Batching Plant operations or a similar role, with a strong background in material and asset management, staff oversight, and safety compliance.
- Expertise in quality control to maintain standards in concrete production.
- Ability to navigate Batching Plant regulations and ensure compliant operations.
- Valid Queensland Drivers' License (HR preferred), and experience with Forklift and Loader operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
