We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for Members of Parliament, staff, and visitors within the Parliamentary Precinct.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across access points.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to incidents from the Control Room.
  • Conduct thorough patrols, static guard duties, and assist with emergency evacuations.
  • Support Members, staff, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with state and civil authorities when required.
  • Provide first aid response as needed.
Your Key Strengths
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a security environment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • You must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • An open driver's licence is mandatory; advanced first aid and security qualifications are desirable.
  • You should be quick to learn emergency and security procedures specific to the Parliamentary Precinct.

We offer a variety of shifts between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, offering a 38-hour work week.
