About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Leader to join our Sydney-based delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering successful projects that meet our customer's needs and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have strong project management experience, a thorough knowledge of energy and renewables, and exceptional communication skills. You will be able to influence various stakeholders across the enterprise and think on your feet while consulting and listening is also an essential requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both the client and company.
  • Demonstrate the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of projects for builders and electrical contractors.
  • Working with project delivery processes based upon the PMBOK.
  • Managing and coordinating local and offshore manufacturing facilities.
  • Delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers.
  • Reporting on project progress regularly to our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve gross margin while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and drive improvements in collaboration across the value chain.
