The OpportunityWe're seeking an exceptional Senior Producer to lead initiatives within our multi-year service transformation program. This role requires a masterful coordinator with experience in agile methods, who can work alongside multidisciplinary teams to drive impactful results.
You will be responsible for leading large digital and strategic projects, managing project teams, sprints, and outcomes, as well as coordinating day-to-day activities across projects. Your expertise will support the growth of our client partnerships and contribute to delivering a positive impact.
Key Requirements- A minimum of 4 years of digital production experience in agencies
- Proven track record of running successful digital and strategic projects
- Excellent budget management skills, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience with complex external stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with human-centred design principles and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
