Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Oceaneering is a global provider of inspection, engineering services, and products to various industries, including oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, defense, entertainment, and aerospace.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our APAC HR team in our Jandakot Office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, accurate, and sound HR advice to client groups across a broad spectrum of business units.
  • Implement recruitment processes and strategies in consultation with line managers and other HR team members.
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers on matters relating to performance management.
  • Interpret and provide advice to line managers, employees, and payroll on legislative requirements.
  • Key point of contact for all line managers, employees, and 3rd-party service providers in relation to immigration-related matters.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts in consultation with line managers and other HR team members.
  • Support the Human Resources Manager on projects and initiatives as required.
  • Review and update policies/procedures as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Post-Graduate Qualifications in related to HR Specialist Field.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in similar role.
  • Industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict.
