About Our Opportunity

This exceptional role presents a chance for an accomplished early childhood leader to make a significant impact across multiple sites in South Australia.

As our Area Manager, you will champion exceptional quality and safety standards across a portfolio of five centres while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

The role requires a deep understanding of child development and safety principles, as well as experience turning around challenged centres with emphasis on quality improvement and safety enhancement.

You will lead by example, mentoring Centre Directors through coaching, weekly connection meetings, and professional development focused on quality practice and child safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion child safety and educational excellence by maintaining robust protection systems and implementing National Quality Standards
  • Drive quality excellence by ensuring consistent implementation of our sector-leading educational program
  • Develop leaders by mentoring Centre Directors and providing coaching and support
  • Ensure compliance by monitoring regulatory frameworks and leading incident management initiatives
