We are seeking a strategic CRM professional to drive customer engagement, loyalty and commercial growth through sophisticated CRM initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce expertise and a proven track record of delivering successful CRM strategies that drive acquisition, retention and incremental sales across all channels.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering CRM strategies, designing personalised customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns, growing customer database quality and depth, and overseeing creative briefs and execution.

  • Oversee creative briefs and execution

Loyalty and customer lifecycle management is also a key responsibility, including integrating CRM with loyalty programs, designing and delivering engagement and retention initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to build segmented reward journeys.

The successful candidate will be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with experience in configuring, governing and optimising these platforms for maximum performance.

Additionally, they will provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and support supplier reporting requirements with robust data outputs and performance analysis.
