Customer Service Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Point Clare, NSW. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and assessing client services, utilizing your skills in community-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute services to meet client needs, with a focus on care services for health and wellness.
  • Engage with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding through the lead to conversion process.
  • Utilize influencing and partnering skills to lead and work collaboratively with your team, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve client outcomes.
  • Develop, monitor, and reassess care plans in consultation with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and work systems designed to provide prompt and excellent client care.
  • Prepare reports and conduct presentations to senior management to highlight opportunities for improvements in services and their delivery.
  • Ensure performance against budgets is monitored and linked to the delivery of client care reports.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree qualification or at least 5 years relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth Home Support Program and Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators is desired.
  • Frontline management skills, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, leadership qualities, high-level coordination, and elite organizational skills.
