- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including assessments, goal setting, and ongoing support.
- Mentor and supervise early career clinicians, promoting professional growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.
- A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
