  • This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires you to lead and support patent litigation matters, including validity and infringement proceedings.
  • You will advise on contentious IP disputes and enforcement strategies across patents, trademarks, copyright, and confidential information.
  • Draft court documents, expert evidence summaries, and strategic position papers for domestic and cross-border disputes.
  • Collaborate with in-house and external counsel to deliver commercially focused outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-5 years PQE in intellectual property law at a top-tier or specialist firm.
  • Strong academic background and demonstrable technical aptitude (science degree highly regarded).
  • Proven track record advising on complex litigation and advisory IP work in a client-facing capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong drafting skills, and the ability to distil technical issues into clear legal advice.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align legal strategy to clients' business objectives.
