Job Description

This role will be a key part of PXP's connected ecosystem for one of our major clients, focusing on the delivery of their retail business. As a member of a tight-knit PXP production team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Saatchi & Saatchi, Spark Foundry, and Digitas, onsite at our City Road office.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Integrated Producer is to oversee and deliver all campaigns and projects successfully, ensuring they meet the highest standards. This involves directing projects according to best-practice delivery management, from briefing through scoping and development, to quality control and post-deployment, in a time- and cost-effective manner, with a focus on exceeding agency and client expectations while maximizing agency revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a wide and varied array of production jobs across multiple touchpoints, including broadcast, radio, digital, print, film, social, and activations.
  • Champion best-practice 360 delivery management processes on all projects, from briefing to scoping and development, to post-campaign analysis, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to the highest level of craft.
  • Work effectively with other Heads of Departments to identify areas of integration and encourage collaboration between departments.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost negotiation, estimating, purchase orders, invoice approval, and tracking of all internal and external costs to ensure each job achieves desired profit targets.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Account teams on projects and educate other departments on key elements of the production process and innovations in the field.
  • Proactively contribute to and help maintain the agency database of best-in-breed specialist vendors/contacts, sourcing, negotiating, and liaising with relevant external suppliers to ensure all work meets or exceeds agreed schedules, budgets, and standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews of suppliers and costs, perform negotiations on behalf of clients, and offer advice based on experience to other team members and junior colleagues.
  • Assist Account Leads and Creative on production issues, proactively consult with senior team members on the best approach, and communicate the agency point of view.
Requirements:
  • Be well-organized, with great attention to detail, and a self-starter with a passion for production and a strong interest in developing a career in fully integrated production management.
  • Be happy to work independently and as part of a team, willing to get involved at all levels, with excellent communication and literacy skills, a flair for numbers, and the ability to manage relationships across various skill levels.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in an integrated production role, ideally within a creative agency or a busy studio environment, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks to meet business-critical deadlines.
