About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our financial services products from concept to market success. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of our company and the industry. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, harness data-driven insights to inform product decisions, and champion innovation to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the development of our Payments products, covering strategy, roadmap, issues, and growth.
  2. Synthesise and form positions on emerging industry developments and translate them into practical outcomes for product and operational teams.
  3. Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, bringing together product, risk, compliance, dev ops, and finance teams to deliver exceptional results.
  4. Be 'hands on' in breaking down the user experience and transposing this through design or wireframes to conceptualise optimal outcomes.
  5. Harness data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Champion innovation, challenging conventional wisdom and pushing boundaries to keep us ahead of the curve.

  • You have a proven track record in taking products from concept through all phases, to deployment and optimisation.
  • You're willing to oscillate between 'leadership' and 'getting your hands dirty'.

Requirements and Experience

  • 5+ years in product strategy and/or consulting.
  • Demonstrable experience working with great products, companies, or people.
  • Experience in working within a high-growth technical environment.
  • Tertiary education or a track record of experience that proves it wasn't needed.
