About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead the Cerebral Palsy Support Network in delivering our current strategic objectives and driving growth in the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team to drive and deliver the current CPSN strategy
  • Create and maintain a productive and inclusive culture, working environment, and practice that lives the organisation's values
  • Ensure sustainable delivery of services and other initiatives of exceptional quality and relevance
  • Ensure CPSN is always compliant with relevant laws and regulations
  • Involving people living with cerebral palsy in co-design and in roles at all levels of the organisation
  • Engage with CPSN clients and community, ensuring their feedback is heard and integrated into service delivery models and operational practices
  • Effectively engage and influence key stakeholders across government and the sector, including advocating for funding and strategic partners
  • Position CPSN to have national influence, through partner organisations
About You

We are looking for an experienced executive leader who has a demonstrated track record of:

  • Leading change and enhancing the culture of other organisations delivering not-for-profit services to people dependent on the sector in which we operate
  • Being a strategic and adaptable leader who has thrived personally through leading in a similar organisation, as a senior executive level
  • Having the energy for personal development and growth that they have fostered in others
  • Contributing significantly to the development of a productive and welcoming working environment
