Technical Lead, Trading Systems
The role is responsible for delivering successful client engagements by applying best practices in consulting and technical development. This includes leading Endur solution implementations, collaborating with clients to define technical requirements, and analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and architecting object-oriented solutions within the Endur ecosystem that are scalable, maintainable, and well-integrated with broader system landscapes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert on Endur, providing guidance across the technical development lifecycle.
  • Lead Endur solution implementations, including custom development, configuration, upgrades, and data migration.
  • Design and architect object-oriented solutions within the Endur ecosystem that are scalable, maintainable, and well-integrated with broader system landscapes.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to define technical requirements and lead related change management efforts.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Offer industry and functional expertise to help clients align system solutions with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to manage technical development scope and expectations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Endur Development: Extensive hands-on experience with JVS and/or OpenComponents (Java or .NET C#).
  • Connex Integration: Proven ability to integrate Endur with external systems and data feeds.
  • Database Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle and MS SQL Server, including design, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Programming: Proficiency in .NET C# and/or Java for building custom modules and integrations.
  • Endur Gateways & Accelerators: Strong familiarity with Endur Gateways, Accelerators, and Grid configurations.
  • Endur Modules: Solid knowledge across key modules relevant to commodity/energy trading and operations.
  • Configuration: Experience in configuring workflows and business logic within Endur to match client needs.
  • Tooling: Practical experience with Jira, DevOps tools, and GitHub.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure environments, with bonus points for experience using ION Cloud or IEM tools.
  • Test & Environment Tools: Knowledge of test automation and environment management platforms.
