About the Role:

  1. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  2. Clean all kitchen equipment to the highest standards.
  3. Thoroughly clean range hoods, surfaces, walls, and floors nightly.
  4. Help manage waste and recycling in line with environmental and safety standards.
  5. Safeguard Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations at All Times.

Requirements:

  • No prior cleaning experience required as training can be provided.
  • Good time management skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • A hard worker who can work independently and within a team.
  • The ability to follow direction and take feedback on board for improvement.
