About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Culinary Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will work within a fast-paced environment that thrives on delivering exceptional patient-oriented customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food in a visually appealing and hospitable manner to cater to diverse dietary needs
  • Reliable and detail-oriented to meet the nutritional requirements of patients, escalating needs as required within the team
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service concerns are addressed promptly
  • Prepares food for patients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and hygienic environment
  • Communicate patient needs (including special diets) effectively to the culinary team
  • Adhere to high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and hospital policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar food service role, such as aged care or equivalent, is highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in shift availability
  • Present yourself impeccably and maintain excellent personal hygiene
  • Exhibit effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible to adapt to changing work environments

Job Details:
