Our First Steps Induction Program

Our 3-month program is designed to give you the time and resources you need to settle into your role and develop your skills as an Early Childhood Teacher. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with your ECT Buddy, attend Community Connection Sessions, and access our Online Learning Lounge with over 70 hours of professional development.

Requirements

We're looking for Early Childhood Teachers who hold an ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood), or are working towards this qualification. You'll also need to have a Current Blue Card.
