Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Douglas, Townsville. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to our children, while also contributing to the growth and development of our centre.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. You will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences for our children, while also collaborating with our Senior Educator and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
