Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team at Educating Kids Early Learning Centre Domain and Kirwan. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our centre while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise kindergarten children, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities that cater to individual needs and interests of kindergarten children, in line with the Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Ensure accurate records and documentation of children's learning and development, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish a safe and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
Requirements:
- A Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood and Care, or equivalent, is essential.
- Current first aid qualifications, including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.
- A valid blue card, or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated experience working within an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines, and its application in practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
