Marketing Manager Role Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for a diverse retail portfolio, with a focus on creating engaging events and promotions that drive results.

  • Develop and deliver annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets for multiple assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage agencies, produce media and advertising content, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Track and report campaign performance, prepare debriefs and forecasts, and manage marketing expenses effectively.
  • Analyse sales and traffic data, monitor retailer performance, and produce reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Centre Managers to meet business plan targets and support retailer liaison, lead retailer communications, and present marketing strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in shopping centre or retail marketing is essential.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality results under pressure are essential.
