Marketing Director - Lead Retail Campaigns

Are you a marketing professional seeking a role that offers excitement, engagement, and impact? Look no further We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our retail campaigns across multiple assets.

This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life, engage local communities, and deliver real results. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering annual marketing plans, calendars, and budgets for multiple assets.

You will manage agencies, produce media and advertising content, and build media relationships. Additionally, you will track and report campaign performance, prepare debriefs and forecasts, manage marketing budgets, process invoices/POs, and complete accurate accruals.

As a Marketing Director, you will also analyse sales and traffic data, monitor retailer performance, and produce reports. You will ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and operational requirements. Furthermore, you will create and execute campaigns using customer insights and market research while leading community engagement initiatives, partnerships, and sponsorships.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous shopping centre or retail marketing experience, a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (bonus), excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, passion for creating exciting events and promotions, and strong attention to detail.
