Key Responsibilities- Underwriting and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough underwriting and risk assessment of new and renewal business to ensure alignment with current underwriting, selection, and pricing guidelines.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Policy Performance Monitoring: Monitor ongoing policy performance to identify opportunities for remedial or corrective underwriting.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with Risk Appetite, Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA), Underwriting Guidelines, and Business Licence.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Insurance market.
- Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to influence in the commercial Broker and Adviser insurance market, understanding of relevant Insurance products, industry, market environment, reinsurance structures, and customer segment.
