Health Centre Manager

Methodist Ladies' College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Health Centre Manager to lead our internal wellbeing services for day and boarding students. This role oversees the daily co-ordination of the Centre, quality service provision, and nursing staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the daily operations of the Health Centre
- Ensure high-quality service provision and manage nursing staff effectively
- Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous process improvements
- Develop and promote general and mental health strategies to support adolescent and young adult girls
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in general nursing practice, with exposure to adolescent and youth mental health and wellbeing management strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:- Relevant nursing qualifications and eligibility for membership with the Nurses & Midwifery Board of Aust
- Substantial experience in general nursing practice and mental health management
- Excellent co-ordination, collaboration, and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
