Chief Growth Officer for Supply Chain and Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer to drive business development in our Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Travel vertical in Australia.
Job Description- Serve as a trusted advisor selling IT Professional Services to potential clients to showcase our exceptional capability and build long standing collaborative relationships.
- Identify potential target clients through lead generation strategies, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Execute an end-to-end client sales cycle focused on the sales process from the acquisition of new clients to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects by researching and contacting prospects in alignment with sales goals.
- Negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently delivering revenue goals.
- Execute strategies for farming and growing large existing accounts.
- Apply your deep knowledge of the industry, its technological landscape, and the complex challenges it faces to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges within your vertical.
- Exceed your personal financial goals by growing your book-of-business, driving revenue growth, and achieving uncapped commission in our generous commission model.
- As a thought leader, you will have the opportunity to participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share your expertise and insights.
- 10+ years of business development experience
- Demonstrable experience selling IT Professional Services
- Good track record of selling within the Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or Travel industry
- Experience leading strategic business development initiatives to drive sales opportunities for large enterprise clients.
- Sales-driven professional with hunter-centric sales experience prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating, and closing contracts, and building relationships.
- Strong ability to identify industry pain points to engage with and persuade VP or C-level decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated track record of success in new business development
- Experience preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university desirable.
- Competitive salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
