About the Role

You'll be based at our Queanbeyan site, working alongside a diverse team of professionals dedicated to enabling better lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and abilities to secure employment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Creating and implementing joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organizations
