About the Opportunity

This role involves conducting appointments, creating goals for participants, and referring them to internal and external services for support and training. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct appointments and create goals for participants
  • Refer participants to internal and external services for support and training
  • Market and refer employment opportunities to participants
  • Provide post-placement support
