Key Roles and Responsibilities

The department is accountable for the selection and packing of online orders by a team of Personal Shoppers. Orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to customers in Coles delivery vans.

Our ideal candidate will take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members, and the community.

  • Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop team members
  • Taken a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
  • Flexibility with afternoon and evening working hours
