We seek a visionary leader to direct our whole-college approach to inclusive education, ensuring every student is supported to thrive. You will guide a team of educators and staff, working closely with families and senior leaders to embed inclusive practices across curriculum, pedagogy and wellbeing.

  • Strategic direction and compliance with national standards
  • Staff capacity building and equity, access and care championing

This pivotal role requires expertise in differentiation, equity-centred practice, and strategic leadership. We believe in education's transformative power to shape lives, communities and futures.

What We're Looking For

You are a passionate advocate for inclusive education with postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education or a related field. You must be currently registered as a teacher in South Australia and hold a Working with Children clearance and RRHAN-EC certification.

  • Proven track record of leading inclusive educational initiatives
  • Experience in strategic planning and staff development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
