Job Description

As a visionary leader, you will spearhead our whole-college approach to inclusive education, ensuring that every student – regardless of background, ability or need – is supported to thrive.

You will guide a team of Learning Inclusion Coordinators, Education Support Officers and LAP Coordinators. You will work closely with educators, families and senior leaders to embed inclusive practices across curriculum, pedagogy and wellbeing.

Your leadership will shape strategic direction, build staff capacity and ensure compliance with national standards, all while championing a culture of equity, access and care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passionate advocate for inclusive education, with expertise in differentiation, equity-centred practice, and strategic leadership.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies or a related field.
  • Current registration as a teacher in South Australia.
  • Current working with children clearance and RRHAN-EC certification.
