About The Role

A visionary leader is sought to join our team as Director of Diverse Learning. This pivotal role leads our whole-college approach to inclusive education, ensuring every student – regardless of background, ability or need – is supported to thrive.

You will guide a team of Learning Inclusion Coordinators, Education Support Officers and LAP Coordinators. You will work closely with educators, families and senior leaders to embed inclusive practices across curriculum, pedagogy and wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes
  • Promote inclusive practices through collaboration with educators, families and senior leaders
  • Ensure compliance with national standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies or related field
  • Current registration as a teacher in South Australia
  • Working with children clearance and RRHAN-EC certification
