Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in networking, security, and automation. They will be responsible for handling complex network challenges, designing and implementing secure network systems, and providing technical consultation to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to take on a pivotal role in our network security operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to identify, analyze, and manage risks at every stage of work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, systems, and software for networks.
  2. Manage network and security performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  3. Identify, analyze, and manage risks at every stage of work.
  4. Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining access controls.
  5. Undertake project design and architecture tasks, including high-level and detailed design work.
  6. Provide technical consultation to business and technology stakeholders to support relevant infrastructure partners and other teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Coding Skills: Python scripting/coding (Intermediate level) — primary importance.
  • DevOps Tools Skills: BitBucket, Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub, Terraform, Vault.
  • Network Security: Operational expertise in networking, with experience handling complex network challenges. Familiarity with F5 load balancer, GTM/LTM, Firewalls (Juniper SRX, Fortinet FortiGate), VMware (Broadcom) NSX.
  • Data Management Skills: Data collection, schema binding, data manipulation, and analytical skills.
