Job Title: Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Plan, configure, and integrate computer systems, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, and IP phones.
  • Perform network coding or scripting.
  • Analyse and configure networks to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical and applications problems.
  • Test and maintain new networks, servers, and computers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain, configure, install, network management, and software support of Cisco products.
  • Monitor network traffic and manage day-to-day technical incident and problem activities.
  • Manage servers, including database, email, printer, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software upgrades.
  • Develop technical documentation related to network configuration, network mapping, and service records.
Requirements:
  • Five years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019.
  • VMware, Hyper-V.
  • Microsoft Exchange / Office 365.
  • Range of backup software.
  • SharePoint.
  • Hosted PBX.
  • All forms of Desktop Support Windows 10 / Mac.
