Health Clinician Role in Joint Child Protection Response Program

We are seeking a skilled Health Clinician to support the operationalization of the Health components within the Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP) in partnership with NSW Police and Department of Communities and Justice.

The JCPRP responds to serious and criminal cases of sexual assault, physical abuse, and neglect of children and young people. This is a Multi-Disciplinary role suitable for Social Workers, Psychologists, and Senior Psychologists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Health Clinician in operationalizing the Health components of the JCPRP
  • Collaborate with NSW Police and Department of Communities and Justice to ensure effective response to child protection cases
  • Deliver exceptional healthcare services to children and young people affected by trauma and abuse

Key Requirements:

  • Experience and education as a Social Worker or Psychologist
  • Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate within the health system
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services
