Vulnerable Children's Health Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to work with children and young people who have experienced trauma, neglect or abuse.
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care through health assessments, care planning and coordination.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
- Working closely with children, young people and families will provide you with the chance to develop strong relationships and make a real difference.
You will work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to provide comprehensive care and support to children and young people.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver trauma-informed care through health assessments, care planning and coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including children, young people, families and community services.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of the Out of Home Care system and its associated policies.
