Health Safety Environmental Manager

As a Risk and Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and continually improving our integrated Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver clear and actionable reports from audits and due diligence activities.
- Maintain certified HSEQ systems across all subsidiaries.
- Monitor and update compliance frameworks in line with legislative changes.
- Validate and maintain risk profiles within our HSEQ systems.
- Document initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency.
About You:
- Tertiary or vocational qualifications in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in HSEQ roles, with a strong focus on auditing and compliance.
- Certified Lead Auditor in HSEQ Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience engaging with regulators and external audit providers.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management systems.
- Industry experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment (desired).
