Project Management Role

Job Description:

The Project Management team is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to ensure compliance and scheduling of critical plant and equipment assets for project works and site-specific requirements. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role will require the incumbent to be safety focused and process oriented to successfully manage the maintenance of the fleet to minimize downtime and meet project schedule requirements, whilst working with the wider site team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating a diverse range of plant and equipment, maintenance, and servicing activities
  • Managing the light vehicle fleet, telehandlers, franna's, trucks, scissor lifts, and EWP's
  • Scheduling planned inspections and maintenance activities in line with project requirements
  • Ensuring execution of all tasks associated with MDG15 and SAF2008 compliance and site-specific requirements
  • Assisting in the procurement of P&E and mobilisation logistics for project works
  • Analysis of service reports to determine planned actions as well as schedule corrective actions
  • Coordinating delivery of materials to the underground work areas
  • Coordinating delivery of Plant and Equipment to the underground work areas
  • Managing scaffolding, ventilation, mechanics, and site cleaning crews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Construction induction card
  • Current driver's license - HR or above desirable
  • EWP over 11mt (preferred not essential)
  • Strong understanding of MDG15, SAF2008, and vehicle compliance
  • Experience using NECA Safe system (mysoh)
  • Asset management and maintenance planning background highly regarded
  • Clear communication to collaborate with Project Manager and site teams
