Fleet Operations Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet.
">- Reporting directly to the Maintenance and Quality Control Manager, your primary focus will be on maintenance scheduling, compliance with legislative regulations, inventory management, and workshop data analysis.
- Responsibilities include leading the workshop team in collaboration with supervisors to optimize staff utilization and vehicle availability.
- You will manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance processes, ensuring on-time servicing performance, vehicles off-road, and reduction of defects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in leading a heavy vehicle workshop.
- Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade.
- Experience in fleet management and preventative maintenance programs.
- Problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, attention to detail.
- Hold a valid MR/HR licence.
- Strong diagnosis skills.
- Experience on Volvo and Scania Chassis (preferred).
