Aged Care Healthcare Professional

Mandurah Community Aged Care is seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of our residents, while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and enhance the health and well-being of residents through holistic care practices.
- Promote dignity, safety, and independence by implementing individualised care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care strategies.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans that reflect the evolving needs of residents.
- Implement client care within your scope of practice, considering physical, social, and psychological requirements.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated aged care experience preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, promoting education and leadership in aged care.
- Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement principles.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
