  About The Role
  
  We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Care Coordinator to work closely with our Clinical Manager and Residential Manager to provide clinical leadership in our Aged Care residence based in Mandurah.
  
  The Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) will provide day to day clinical leadership to the team, foster a culture of clinical excellence and oversee the clinical care of our residents to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.
  
  Skills And Requirements For This Role
  • Ideally at least 2+ years experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in the aged care or acute sector
  • RN qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
  • Experience in staff supervision and development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
  • Knowledge of Care Planning
  • IPC qualification definitely an advantage
