Aged Care Specialist

Seeking a professional to provide high-quality in-home care services.

As an Aged Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and well-being. This role involves providing one-on-one care, assisting with daily living tasks, and engaging clients in activities that enhance their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Aged Care industry, and the ability to work autonomously. They will also have a certificate in Individual Support or a related field and relevant experience in aged care.

  • Strong knowledge of aged care standards and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability

Required qualifications include a current National Police Clearance, First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Australian driver's license. Preferred qualifications include medication administration and manual handling training.

  • Assist with personal care, community access, and domestic assistance
