Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Financial Clerk to manage accounts payable and reconcile tasks.

We are looking for an experienced professional responsible for tracking payments, end-to-end accounts payable process, collaborating with site managers, reconciling contractor revenue accounts, issuing Recipient Created Tax Invoices, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all payments and expenditures for multiple medical centers
  • Process accounts payable from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Site Managers to allocate payments into contractors' accounts accurately
  • Reconcile contractors' revenue accounts and issue Recipient Created Tax Invoices
  • Process payments and perform various administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, organization, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

A strong understanding of accounting principles, knowledge of MYOB cloud-based system is preferred, and experience with PracSoft and Medical Director is an advantage. Australian Citizens or individuals with full legal working rights in Australia are eligible to apply.
